Pivot Parking

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I entered this parking lot on 6/25 and texted the number provided on the signage. I immediately received a text message stating that the service was not available. I attempted this twice to no avail. I then got out of my car and scanned the QR code. I entered my license plate # and came to a screen to enter my info for payment. Well the page would not load and kept timing out. I should have paid $20 bucks for a short park but was charged $50. I want to also add that there was a huge event in the area that day. I believe their system was strategically down during this time purposely as people are desperate for parking. They make it difficult to pay so that they can up charge you later. Avoid this parking lot at all cost. It is also poorly lit at night. I attempted to dispute the up charge and reported their faulty system to which they refused to be accountable. Sucks that local businesses work so hard to get over on the citizens they claim to serve.

We are residents at The Reed, and the ongoing issues with the parking garage have been extremely frustratingespecially over the past year. There have been multiple occasions where the gates are broken or malfunctioning, and it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone for assistance. When problems happen, there is no reliable way to reach management or parking support, which leaves residents stuck and unsupported. Most recently, we had a situation with guest parking that was very disappointing. We have consistently had our guests parking validated through the concierge with no issues. However, during our last visit, we were suddenly told that our guests would now have to pay to exit. When we tried to get help through the garage system, the attendant was extremely unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real solution and showing little concern for the situation. As paying residents who already pay monthly for parking, it is unreasonable to deal with recurring access issues and inconsistent policies for guest parking. We are leaving this review because we have been unable to reach anyone directly despite repeated issues. At this point, we are hoping this message reaches someone who can address these ongoing problems and provide a real solution.

I was 17 mins past my expiration time due to the 100% downpour of rain and managing my 1/2 run/ walk so I wouldnt slip and fall on my way to my car. I received my alert at 10:48pm saying my session ended in 15 minutes. They mailed a citation of $50 and I called in to customer service. The rep Denmark said he saw the downpour in the image and would try to get it reduced. The letter stated fees start at $90 but only invoiced $50. He emailed the next day he couldnt get it reduced and I emailed operations afterwards and they declined to reduce it from $50. I have parked here often and this is the 1st time Ive exceeded the time. I understand charging me another hour at $5.00 or even up to $20 but not $50 especially when I was trying to ensure I didnt slip, fall and break anything. I will not park here again or with pivot. Their signal and website doesnt explain that there will be fees of $90 or $50 assessed. Be aware and extend your time even if the weather is horrendous because they prioritize policy over customer satisfaction in 1x circumstances.
