Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition

Loved it! Nice and quiet on a weekday morning. Well laid out and informative. I love how the whole thing progressed and how each room had its own general theme. It is moderately chilly so I recommend wearing a jacket/sweater. The only thing that I didnt like was that certain areas are very dimly lit to the point where it may be easy to trip. Just something to be aware of. Also I dont recommend the VR, its not bad, its just not worth 10 extra dollars.

This is an amazing experience! Even if you have to travel to get to it, it is well worth the cost and time!!

Great exhibition! Loved the ticket which was a name of a passenger on the Titanic when it set sail. You will find out at the end if you survived or not. Get the audio guide. It has additional information on it. Loved the exhibits, especially the iceberg. I survived but the other two people with me on the tour did not survive.

We overall enjoyed the exhibit, but it could definitely use some improvements. The bathrooms were not very clean, which was disappointing and not a positive first impression of the venue. Even though only a limited number of people are allowed in at a time, the exhibit still felt overcrowded. We often had to wait in line to see artifacts and read plaques. We tried going very slowly to lose the crowd but despite this, the exhibit felt crowded from beginning to end. Some of the plaques could have been clearer and better researched. For example, one plaque stated that the SS Californian (sp.) had its wireless turned off for the night and therefore could not assist Titanic, while another said the same ship wouldnt come help. Was it that they wouldnt help, or that they couldnt? I found myself googling answers throughout the exhibit to contradictions left open by the plaques. There were also a lot of smudges and fingerprints on the glass display cases, which made it difficult to view exhibits clearly, and seemed like something that could have been easily fixed with regular cleaning throughout the day. I also would have enjoyed more interactive exhibits. Unfortunately, the VR headset experience at the end was not working. By that point, with the exhibit still being so crowded, I chose not to wait for another headset, so I cant comment on whether that portion was worthwhile. Overall it was enjoyable but some improvements could be made to elevate the experience.

This exhibit was well worth the ticket. Many new facts were displayed that give insite to how such a ship could go down. It's a little over two hours but you don't really notice the time. There is much to see and read.
