Customer service rates below average. Very hard to deal with when selling. Would not recommend doing business with. Just all around "above" their customers. Very stuck up

I tried to return my item out on approval TWICE within the time frame I was verbally given, and nobody was there. They charged my card anyways for a chair for which I have no room, and refused to refund any of the amount. The customer is supposed to be right, and it is not my fault nobody was there. UPDATE!: After another phone call, an employee admitted they left for lunch during the rain. The owner got on the phone and denied having ever left. They said they could reconsign for 60 percent. So...that means I would pay THEM to take back something they were supposed to anyways?? NO THANKS! The customer matter nowadays, Classic Attic! ..As they always should have!
