Went in with my boyfriend to exchange a shirt for a smaller size. The staff were very persistent that he get a medium when he wanted a size large and were extremely judgmentalnot sure why it mattered so much that he get a larger size and definitely not a way to sell product. disappointing experience

This is a nice enough store but the sales staff really isn't interested in selling anything. They seem indifferent and disinterested in providing assistance. Tried to query an associate about product availability and their goal appeared to be minimal conversation.

Went with my father - who recently lost 50lbs. We waited around for 20 minutes before a reluctant salesperson came up to us and asked what we needed. My dad asked for a jacket, size 48. She got it, came back and let him try it on. It fit, but it was a bit too snug for his comfort. The salesperson stated then that it was a goal to be able to fit in Peter Millar clothing. Disgusting.
