The staff at this beautiful hotel made our experience incredible. They were so sweet and attentive. The interior lobby was gorgeous. Or rooms were neat and tidy with all the amenities. I LOVE the glass shower. Would not change a thing except maybe providing another entry at the end of the first floor (lower 100s) that doesn't involve walking through the main entrance. Would be helpful for those of us with pets. I will gladly stay here again the next time I'm I'm Charlotte. Location was close to all major roadways, plenty of shops, restaurants, grocery stores.

Sydney Huber is amazing. We had a large group in town for business and needed help with several rooms and meeting space. Luckily we were connected to Sydney who is amazing. I travel a lot for business and know great customer service when I see it. Sydney is remarkable at her job and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied. The hotel is nice but the customer service from Sydney made the entire experience unbelievable..

Love love love this hotel. Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. My first room was GREAT. Super clean and QUIET. HOWEVER, I checked out, but had to check back in later the same day. I specifically asked for the same room when I booked online. When I came back to the hotel ** literally 6hrs later** they gave me a different room. It's almost as if my request did not matter or was overlooked. I checked out at 830a, the room was probably cleaned and new check-ins don't start until 3p. So why wasn't my request acknowledged?? Was super disappointed that I could not have the same room. Now if someone else had requested the room prior to me coming back, I understand, but it should have been acknowledged that I literally left 6hrs prior and had asked for the same room. When I asked why I couldn't get the same room, the sweet young lady just said someone else was in it. I took the new room but it wasn't the same experience. It was a connecting room and I could hear EVERYTHING from the adjoining room .. deep chest coughing, laughing, heavy foot walking, talking, the sliding door to the bathroom room closing....etc. On Saturday night they seemed to only want to be loud and rambunctious after 10p. There was a loud group of young adults in the room and it sounded like they were moving furniture or something. The next morning when I left my room, a set of balled up sheets was sitting outside their door. Clear indication that some shenanigans were going on in there. Other people on the floor were so incredibly inconsiderate..slamming their room doors past midnight, talking in the hallway...etc..it's so frustrating that people are not aware of their surroundings. Mind numbing actually. The hotel itself is great. Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds and great breakfast options. Other than the obnoxious inconsiderate people on the 3rd floor I would definitely stay here again.

When I checked in, for unknown reason, I was told to get an upgrade, even though I did not wanted to have it? I was told that the rooms is bigger and has more space and two beds !But I wanted a single King Size room only? Then When I got into the room, I realized that the room had not Air Conditioning, so I called, I was told to turn the thermostatdown? A few hours later, I called again but I was told they would send someone to check it? A person came then told me that the thermostat was bad he would not be able to fix it? I called down stairs to ask for a new room, but I was told right away that the hotel was full ?I can not get another room because of it?What?? I was around 5 pm this time when I was told this fact. I asked to speak to the manager but I was repeatedly told that I can not speak to anyone but the front desk. I asked repeatedly to get a new room but I was told no, then hung up on the phone!!!. I went downstairs to try to speak to the manager but I was told the manager on duty was busy but would get back to me. That is when I realized that the only reason that they offered me the room at the first place was because they already knew that room had no working A/C system!!!!Since it was nearly 100 degree on day, I could not sleep due to the heat! I tried to look for another hotel near by but I had no luck. After I checked out the hotel, I made several phone calls to the hotel, I was initially promised that I would get refund and extra stay points, but none was done. That is when I lodged a dispute for the charge for "providing non livable room" to me for my night ? Should I even pay for the night? Where is my refund and my point? Now the associates turned into a bunch lying people to tell me nothing was promised to me ??? WTF?

Great Hotel and Location!!! Our family traveled to Charlotte for Thanksgiving and could not have picked a better hotel for our situation. The double queen room was clean and spacious, we also loved the layout. The staff was so amazing and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. This will be our hotel of choice from now on!
