My husband and I came to Charlotte for the weekend with my brother and his wife to go to the Keith Sweat concert. We decided to make it a fun weekend and stayed here for 2 nights. The service has been wonderful, from the very minute of checking in until checking out. Rooms were immaculately clean, the bar was open and service was great. You can walk around because youre In close a proximity to everything. Best thing ever is the free parking. I will definitely visit this location again.

I have no complaints and will be back. You can tell This is a newer hotel. I hope it stays as clean & nice as it is now. Very close (walking distance) shops, dining, and grocery store. Room was clean. I did a lot of inspection if hotel rooms prior to the pandemic. I still wipe, clean and spray it is a chronic habit. Breakfast buffet - standard fair. Enjoyed our stay will be back !!

I have no complaints at all. I really liked having a "main power" switch by the door as it made me feel that electricity was not being wasted while we were out. Speaking with each employee was like catching up with an old friend. Our suite was nearly spotless! With exception of a little dust on the lamps, everything was great. The beds were so comfortable that this general side sleeper slept on her belly! We stayed on the fourth floor where there was a lovely view of the area. During the day it was busy but quiet. At night it was absolutely silent. The blackout shades were awesome! I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Hotel: The property is new, which we were happy to experience. The rooms are immaculate so far as cleanliness. The kitchen is there with all of the supplies you need, if you would like to cook. Free breakfast is offered in the morning, which we took advantage of. There's a smaller yet cute outdoor pool, seating areas outside, and lobby computers for your use. Also, a supermarket, gas station/convenience store, some restaurants and also a shopping center (located about a 10 min. walk away and has a Whole Foods.) Experience: Unfortunately, my family and I came here out of state for a funeral. We we were walk-ins, as we were not familiar which area we should stay in. Sharita, the Front Desk Manager, was so amazing! I can't say enough good things about her. From her empathy, to just asking us how we were doing meant a lot. We even extended our stay an additional night because of how great of an experience we had. Thank you!

Everything is clean because the place is brand new. The halls were filled with garbage bags from the rooms and werent picked up for over 24 hours. When I asked the front desk about it, they were nonchalant about it getting picked up later. The staff is very nice but I feel in another month or so this place will be gross. Silverware and dishes in rooms were dirty. Breakfast was as good as you could hope for a free continental breakfast. Overall we wont stay here again.
