Crave Cookies
Area: Mooresville
You’ll never get bored of these cookies! At Crave, the menu changes every two weeks, but chocolate chip cookies are always available. Bring that sweet tooth and craft your own four-pack, six-pack or dozen box.
Half Shell
Neighborhood: South End
Feel all the coastal vibes at this new raw bar in the Linea building, owned by veteran restauranteurs Jeff Van Dyke and Darnaye Black and Van Dyke’s son, Connor. Expect po’boys, poke bowls, seafood entrées and little fried lobster tails at both lunch and dinner. The team recommends checking out the sparkling wine and champagne options to pair with rotating raw oyster selections.
Meshugganah
Neighborhood: Wesley Heights
This popular Jewish deli pop-up is back in action with a ghost kitchen inside The City Kitch. Enjoy comforting classics like matzo ball soup, noodle kugel, pastrami sandwiches and a fun twist on dessert: babka cookies. Guests can order online or walk in and order via tablet.
Naked Farmer
Neighborhood: South End
The fast-casual chain with farm-to-table recipes is now open in South End. Early favorites from the healthy menu include the Classic Naked Plate with chicken, kale Caesar salad, mac and cheese and brown rice, as well as the Seared Salmon Salad. The Naked Farmer also has family meals ready to order for larger groups.
Raising Cane’s
Area: Rock Hill, S.C.
The Charlotte region is now home to a Raising Cane’s thanks to the newly opened restaurant in Rock Hill. Fans of the franchise love the fried chicken tenders, crinkle fries, coleslaw and Cane’s sauce.
The Improper Pig

Asian flavors fuse with American barbecue at this longtime Charlotte favorite, now open in a new flagship location in Plaza Midwood. From tuna nori and fried rice to smoked chicken wings and a kimchi burger, the menu boasts creative dishes from top to bottom.
The Juice Pod
Neighborhood: South End
Fuel yourself with all the goodness at this new juice bar offering avocado toasts and wraps, smoothies and bowls, wellness shots and cold-pressed juices. This is the first location of The Juice Pod in North Carolina, and the team is thrilled to be in the area.

Vinyl records, craft cocktails and “glizzys” join forces to create this new dance bar from the same owners of Trio and Blue Door. Guests can enjoy a variety of tunes from the 1970s through the 1990s, all while dancing the night away on a lit-up dance floor.

Neighborhood: Myers Park
Enjoy a blend of pilates, yoga and strength training at this new fitness boutique, backed by the one and only Jennifer Aniston. Members can choose from a variety of classes, like Strength & Sculpt and Mat Definition.
