Ordered a large grilled Italian and for $20 this is all I got. There is hardly any meat on it. Might as well be a salad with bread. Took it back and the manager said thats the franchise guidelines for how much they can put on it. He gave me a full refund and I threw it away. Not wasting anymore time with this place!!

Awesome location! Sandwiches and friendliness are on par with the Fort Mill store too. It's nice to see consistency. Everyone was kind, and all of the topping were fresh to death. So happy I live close by. I also noticed that Capriotti's GIANT size is A LOT larger than Jersey Mikes, even though its an inch difference. This is be my go-to for sandwiches!

Were from DE so we are snobs when it comes to the Italian subs and cheesesteaks. Capriottis is a taste of home right down to the Amorosos rolls and sweet peppers, so fresh!! Yuuuuuum!!!

Growing pains and lunch time. I had the Chicken Philly but had to wait an extra 30 minutes. The sandwich was good but nothing really made it stand out from others. I'll give the shop another shot and update if needed.

Its opening day so we expected a long wait for food but it really wasnt bad. Everyone there was super helpful. We had the Wagyu roast beef, Wagyu cheesesteak, and the Capastrami fries. Would recommend it all. The Capastrami fries were fantastic! We were already thinking about what to order next time while we sat and ate. Will definitely be coming back.
