My 3 year old daughter LOVES Big Air! We have always had a great experience, especially on Sunday mornings for toddler time. So we decided to host her birthday party here and Big Air did not disappoint!! The staff were fantastic -- helpful, communicative, and friendly from start to finish. Our party manager Kam was absolutely incredible. She handled setting up the decor we brought in, got us two more pizzas at the last minute, and managed a gaggle of small children with ease. :) The worst part about the experience was dragging our daughter out the door -- she was having way too much fun!

Big fun! It was packed on this past Saturday afternoon. Employees were nice especially the gentleman that checked us in. Waivers are required even if you are not jumping and wrist bands were provided. I would definitely revisit!

I went during the week. It wasnt crowded and was perfect. Ordered a pretzel. It took about 10 minutes to get, there was one person working the concession stand. He finally brought the pretzel and me and my daughter started eating it only to find it www frozen in the middle I brought it back to the counter and he apologized. I asked for a refund and he said he couldnt give a refund but I could pick another item, so I chose the chicken tenders. As Im waiting another 10 minutes (mind you my daughter is wasting jump time this entire time we are waiting) a roach comes walking by me as hes delivering my chicken! He sees it, I see it, and I said I dont want any food, I want a refund. He finally gets a manager to refund me my food money. No apology, no acknowledgment of now over 25 minutes of jump time lost, just did you pay with cash or card, even though I brought up the lost time. Anyway, dont eat or drink here

We celebrated our daughters 11th birthday at Big Air Trampoline Park in University City, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. This was actually our second party here (we also celebrated her 9th birthday at this location), and this time the experience was even better, thanks to one person in particular: Ava. From the very beginning, Ava was exceptional. She had the party tables set up and ready before we even had to think about it. Throughout the entire event, she was attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. She delivered the food right on time, kept an eye on the kids to make sure they were having fun and staying safe, and helped manage the flow of the party so we never felt rushed or disorganized. When it was time to wrap up, she jumped right in to help with packing up, making the whole process stress-free for us as parents. What truly stood out was that Ava didnt just do her job. She went above and beyond at every single step. She was friendly, energetic, and made our daughter and her friends feel special. Its rare to find someone who brings that level of care and enthusiasm to their work, and she deserves all the recognition for it. Ava, if youre reading this, thank you for making our daughters birthday so memorable! One suggestion for the team: the food and cake cutting time of 40 minutes feels a bit too short, especially with a group of excited kids. By the time everyone settles down, eats, and you get through the cake cutting and singing, it feels rushed. Extending that window to a full hour would make the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable for families. Overall, Big Air continues to be our go-to spot for birthday parties, and Ava made this one truly special. Highly recommend!

Ava hosted our party and we had a great time! Our pizza came out late and the manager was so kind and gave us free chips and dip and dots. All staff were nice and the facility has many funs things to do.
