Was in uptown for an event at the Belk Theater, and looking for ice creams, I decided to try MilkShake Factory OMG!!!! I ordered the caramel toffee cappuccino and it blew me away honestly it was one of the best milkshakes Ive ever had. Not too sweet, perfectly balanced flavour of coffee. A great team of employees and a spotless store we hung out there for a while and are definitely going to be coming back for more.

The Milkshake Factory is such a fun spot to visit! They have an amazing selection of milkshakes with so many creative flavors to choose from its easy to find a favorite (or try something new each time). I also love their chocolate barks and specialty chocolates, which make great treats or gifts. One thing I really appreciate is that they let you sample before you buy, so you can try a flavor or two first. They also offer non-dairy and dairy-free milkshake options, which is a huge plus for anyone with dietary needs. Their gift box options are thoughtful and make it easy to grab something special for birthdays, holidays, or just because. Signing up for their rewards program was quick and easy, and its nice to earn points for future visits. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, which makes every trip enjoyable. The location is convenient, and its definitely a go-to spot for dessert when Im in the area. Highly recommend The Milkshake Factory if youre looking for delicious milkshakes, quality chocolate, and great customer service!

Amazing experience! Received such a warm greeting as I walked in the door. The employees were very helpful and knowledgable. I was offered free chocolate samples prior to my purchase, however, I told them lets just skip to the box! Everything here is fantastic. Make sure to sign up for your rewards account to get points from your purchases. Don't walk, RUN!

I stopped by The Milkshake Factory in Charlotte and tried the Cookie & Brownie Milkshakeand wow, it was amazing! The shake was thick, creamy, and full of rich flavor, but what really stood out were the chunks of cookie and brownie mixed in. Every sip had the perfect balance of smoothness and texture. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. If youre in the area and craving a dessert thats both indulgent and satisfying, I definitely recommend stopping by. Ill be back for sure!

After dinner in downtown Charlotte, and couple buddies and I decided to ride over to the MilkShake Factory. This place was absolutely amazing. They had all types of milkshakes that you couldn't even think of. They even have a few off menu milkshakes if you absolutely can't find ao.etjing on the menu. They are really fling milkshakes and very sweet. So you are definitely in for a treat. The staff was super nice as we arrived 7 min's before closing and made it clear that they were open and said they close at 11pm. I had the peanut butter brownie milkshake. I would go back for sure.
