Nestled in Birkdale Village, this gem is a great find! The service is unbeatable, the food is delicious, atmosphere is inviting, and the whole experience is unforgettable. Great menu selections and generous portions. Food prepared how you like it. If you want to share, they will split entrees and serve them up on separate plates. There's no separate menu for lunch/dinner, so portions are plentiful, but there also is no "lunch specials" pricing. That being said, it is worth the money. The sushi is beautifully plated and fresh. You will not be disappointed. Great place to dine with friends, coworkers, family or to celebrate an occasion.

Berkdales eeZ sushi is sensational! Wide selection of sushi and entrees. The apps alone could be dinner but check out the rest of the menu. The blueberry ginger tea is exceptional especially during with the cold front coming in Staff is friendly, patient and organized. The restaurant itself is clean and spacious. Come early or set a reservation! It gets busy quickly. Waits are reasonable though. 15-20 minutes. Then you can walk about the center for other treats! Highly recommend for families or date night.

This restaurant has a great sushi menu, great appetizers and specialty drinks like martinis that are so good. The service is very attentive and knowledgeable. Located in Birkdale shopping area, with outside and inside tables. A good bar inside as well. I recommend this place for a date or just coming with family/friends, you will have a good time.

We had a great time. The ambience is upscale without being stuffy. Highly recommend the saki flight taster and the crab Rangoon dip. Can't go wrong with any of the sushi rolls. My friend got an off menu roll (called ming? maybe) that was on a previous menu and they made it for her. So sweet! Ryan was an excellent server. Mongolian beef and poke dip were also tasty.

There are not enough good words to describe how amazing Eez is. From the fresh, delicious, and creative food & sushi rolls, to the stunning restaurant itself, to the wonderful staff. All around a 10/10 experience every single time. The prices are 100% justified for the quality of food you are getting. We loved our server, Ethan, tonight. He was amazing even through the POS system going down.

What an amazing experience! It was a busy night, so to avoid the wait, we sat at the bar even though we didn't get drinks. The bar staff were attentive and kind. Even though they were busy, we got focused attention when it was needed. The food was spectacular! The ingredients were fresh, and the raw fish bites simply melted in my mouth. It was delicious! The spicy poke dip is a must try. You will not be disappointed!

Love the environment. I had the Bento Box and had chicken. Very disappointed the meat was so dry there was no sauce or spic. The Mongolian Beef was good. The fried rice and cucumber salad was good. My mother enjoyed it. The sushi was also dry however I will go back and try another dish. It was edible. The potstickers and fire shrimp was very good.

The service was on point, the sushi selection is good, the ramen was great, price was on the high side related to the location, a good place on the way in or out of Charlotte.

Really nice restaurant. We loved the ambience and the atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, huge and welcoming. Food especially Sushi that types we tried were awesome. Definitely big on our list to come again.

It's been a while since I stopped at eeZ fusion, but I had a gift card and a hunger for some sushi. I ended up getting a bento box and an appetizer so I could try several things. The portions are generous, but the pricing is a little on the higher side. The bento box is a good value though. I appreciate the quality and quantity of veggies with each item and the sushi was delicious. The spring rolls were large but, especially for the price of $14 for two, they weren't quite as flavorful as I would have liked. The rice was also a little stale. Service was prompt and professional. The atmosphere is top notch. I had enough to take half home! There are a lot of options available on the menu and a variety of indoor and outdoor seating.
