We got a hot chai at the Chai Window at Twenty Two West in Charlotte earlier today. The chai itself was nothing like any other chai Ive tasted beforehints of cinnamon, nutmeg and spices in the right amount. Id have preferred a bit more spices in the chai, but overall the chai was decent. The presentation was excellentlittle flowers affixed to the top of the cup was quite a warm gesture. The window itself is a part of the building that doubles as a joint that sells jewellery and home decor along with chai(at the window). There are seats inside where we saw people chatting, and if you want, you can sit and enjoy your chai there. Its not a huge sitting area inside. The parking is sufficient. One thing to keep in mind(if youre coming by car) is to slow down as you approach, since its easy to miss it. Ill be back to try their iced chai, and the very interesting chai popsicle. Overall, its a cute, small-business in Charlotte thats worth supporting.

Imagine a quaint, rustic, beautiful little corner of Charlotte where time slows down and a warm cup of chai feels like home. Chai Window is exactly that. The chai is premade to perfection rich, balanced, and comforting and you can either grab it to go or sit in their small, lively room and enjoy it sip by sip. Its the kind of spot you keep thinking about long after youve left. A must-visit for chai lovers and anyone who appreciates a charming, soul-warming beverage experience. Little sugary for my taste though

Amazing and delicious chai. One of my favorite things to do is browse the art at 22 West while savoring a cup of warm chai. They also have to-go bottles to feed a crowd!

I drove by this place for so long having no idea it was there but Im so glad I saw a TikTok one day that pointed it out! As a chai lover this was delicious. I love a spicy chai and the ginger and cinnamon were perfectly balanced. Dairy free too! The owner was very kind and I always love a woman owned/ran business!! Also bonus points for the cute little wildflower they put on every cup! The jewelry store attached was very cute and all hand made which is awesome. I definitely want to make my way back here to fill up my punch card!

Tucked inside a charming boutique, The Chai Window might look small from the outside, but dont let that fool youthis little spot has big personality! The boutique is a delightful mix of handmade charm and local finds. Half is a crafty haven, with jewelry being made right on site (with custom options too!), and the other half tempts you with dreamy candles, incense, and scattered treasures that make you want to explore every shelf. Just between the shop and The Chai Window is the cutest little nook perfect for reading, journaling, or simply sipping and relaxing. Its cozy, calm, and full of warm, welcoming vibes. I ordered an iced chai and liked the sweet detail of a real flower taped to the cup. Such a small thing, but it made me smile big. The chai itself was perfectly refreshing and full of flavor for a hot summer day. Whether popping in for a quick sip or staying a while to soak in the cozy vibes, The Chai Window is a spot worth checking out.
