Emmy Lous is such a great new addition to Park Road. Its a smaller space, but very modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Theres a decent-sized outdoor area as well, though it was way too cold for us to enjoy itbut definitely nice to have when the weather cooperates. Inside, theres plenty of communal seating along with bar seating, which makes it feel social and relaxed. The food menu is amazing for a wine bar. We had the hamachi, which was incredibly refreshing, and the winter green salad was a standout for melight, fresh, and topped with a subtle blue cheese dressing (I loved it, even though my friend isnt a blue cheese fan). The labneh was also delicious: perfectly creamy and served with a generous assortment of crackers and vegetables. Huge shoutout to Alex, our server. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine selection and made great recommendations. He had a little snarky, sassy edge to himwhich I personally lovedand it added to the overall experience. They offer wines by the glass and by the bottle, so theres something for everyone whether youre popping in for one drink or settling in for the night.
