We stayed there with our two teens, and really appreciated having access to the full kitchen and two bathrooms. The kids loved having twin beds, because they're not fans of sharing, which they often have to do in hotels. We happened to be there on a lousy weather day, so being able to access Netflix, which we find is more palatable than old-school hotel TV programming, was really helpful. The price was comparable to a mid-range hotel, but with a lot more control over the experience for us. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The added touches of the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash were very welcome. The only negative was we were short some utensils. But otherwise fantastic! Will definitely be staying there again!

What a beautiful and great location this place was. I came here for my birthday weekend with my wife and my little dog. It was such an easy process with booking and getting in contact with Kasa. It was also an easy process with instructions. If you bring your little furry babies they provide treats and a cute little squish toy that my little dog absolutely loves. Thank you so much Kasa. I will definitely book again in the future.

This was a FANTASTIC stay. The apartment had everything you could think of for your stay. Having a washer/ dryer in the room was so very helpful. The only one thing i was unhappy with was the pull out queen sofa, the mattress was very thin and could feel the frame when you lay on it.The location was very secure and literally a mile from downtown Charlotte. When I first got there, I did have issues locating my building, but I emailed/texted for assistance, and they replied right away. I plan on returning.

The property in-person was not as pristine as shown online, very disappointing. The property was not thoroughly cleaned for new arriving guests; someone missed the mark on cleanliness and attention to detail, either the cleaning crew, property manager and/or property owner. The white fitted bed sheets on the twin bed had hair stuck in the sheets. The bathtub had water in it along with a ring around the tub. The plumbing was bad; in one bathroom the sink, bathtub, and toilet were all clogged. In the second bathroom, the toilet was clogged; the bathroom door and adjoining closet wall had orange, sticky substance that was clearly visible and couldve been easily cleaned with a Lysol wipe or water, bleach and cloth prior to guests arrival. The white wash cloths had small red stains?! The apartment next door was ajar for two days?! The main door entrance into the building was broken and unsecured, held open by a big rock?! It was a disappointing two nights.
