Recently Sawyer Creative Co planned an event for my non-profit, Defend the Fatherless. Laura, thought of every detail going into the event. She thought of things our team never would have thought of as we planned for our event. The day of the event, Laura and Daniel arrived and put our plan into action. They created the most beautiful scene for us. During our event, I never once worried as they were one step ahead, clearning plates, refreshing food and making sure our guests had the best experience. At the end of the night, I was able to continue visiting with guests while they broke down and packed cars. It truly was a seamless experience working with Sawyer Creative Co. I will 100% use them for any future events that I plan personally or through Defend the Fatherless.

I thought I had a vision, but once I gave my thoughts to Laura I realized, I just had a handful of ideas she had VISION, talent and an unparalleled attention to detail to make it all happen - better than I could have imagined. Did I mention she hand-painted our logo on a large canvas to display at the event? She thought of things for our fundraising event that I never would have, and it made all the difference. Laura is organized, professional, so so creative (Sawyer Creative is the perfect description) and just gets things done. After our first meeting, I knew I could trust her with this massive undertaking. She stayed under budget and I swear the best part was, she made me feel like I was her only client and my event was the most important thing. We so appreciate Laura's guidance as we prepared for a large rehearsal dinner event for our son and his bride at VanLandingham Estate. As our "week of" coordinator and planner, she handled all of the last minute design and execution concerns. From transporting many of our potted plants and signage needs to overseeing the placement of all table decor and seating assignments to ensuring smooth flow of communications on our behalf between the venue, caterer/bar venders and our band, Laura and her team went above and beyond in every way! Our evening was perfect, and a tribute to her excellent coordination. There are a few extra special touches that I feel might be a hallmark of Laura's service (and were so very much appreciated). These include swiftly and quietly handling an alteration of table needs as our guest count changed at the very last minute, welcoming and guiding our guests as they arrived, working so hard to keep our candles lit when the wind decided to kick up, and the very most appreciated ... her 'end of night service' of packing up all of our belongings (decor, plants, flowers, signs) and delivering them to a pre-arranged location, which allowed my husband and me to leave without having to worry about any clean-up! Laura, thank you so much for being so readily available throughout the months leading up to this event, not only as an ear to bounce ideas off of, but to guide me in pulling together the overall "feel" of the night. Whether it was websites, stores or sending photos, you eagerly shared pointers with me, which was so helpful! You gave me the perfect combination of working alongside my DIY efforts, and then added your own beautiful art/design work to complete all the finishing touches for an organized event. I very highly recommend choosing Sawyer Creative Co. to handle any and all event coordination/design services! Laura, it was a joy to work with you, and I wish you nothing but the best of success!

Sawyer Creative Co. made all my baby shower dreams come true! Laura is very easy to work with and so creative! I had an idea of what I was looking for and she was able to come up with creative solutions and suggestions to help tie everything together. I rented a few medium mirrors, a large mirror, chalkboard, and place cards and could not be happier with the result! Her hand lettering is stunning and added the perfect touch to the shower.
