Im extremely disappointed with my experience at the 704 Shop. Ive been trying to exchange a brand-new item for months, starting in May, and have had no success despite multiple attempts. The listed phone number either doesnt work or goes unansweredIve called numerous times with zero response. Its incredibly frustrating and unprofessional that theres no reliable way to reach someone. To make matters worse, when I finally had an opportunity to speak with the manager at the airport location, I was flatly told no without any attempt to understand or help with my situationeven though the item is unworn, tagged, and within what should be a reasonable window, especially given my previous attempts to connect. I expected better from a brand like 704 Shop. If you care about customer service or fair business practices, I suggest thinking twice before making a purchase hereespecially if you might need assistance afterward.

Great quality clothes that last. Cool Charlotte and local sports styles. Helpful staff. Locally owned and run. What's not to like? Get on their email newsletter as they run periodic sales!

What can I say? A gem for Charlotte. Unique, comfortable clothing, great people. Small quaint shop. I love it. Almost all of my friends and family get a shirt, or a hat for the holidays/birthdays. Appreciate yall! (Thank you for the stickers and decals this weekend! Theyll be on the vehicles).

This place has some great gear very nice quality and style for the Queen City vibe. Im from Chicago and dmv area but love this shop reminds me of some solid supreme and skateboard gear also but great variety! Solid gear! Gonna go get some more stuff today. note about getting a bag reuse or take care of your own. lol got a new shirt today also! Phase 2

Such a great company started in Charlotte they offer creative CLT-themed designed apparel. The t-shirts are so soft and comfortable. The unisex styles are a great fit for anyone who wears them. There are youth sizes, too! If you are look for a gift for someone or to treat yourself with a Charlotte inspired item, you should definitely check this store (or online) out!
