I placed my order 10/19/2025, I've emailed several times with no response. This is inconvenient because theoney I spent $126.94 plus shipping , is basically gone if I may not even be able to dispute it with my bank because of how long it's been. I was able to get in contact with this man once, and the whole time he claimed he was "just about to call me." He gave me a story about someone passing and that's why they were behind, mind you this was a whole month afterwards. He also stated that my order was in the pile to be stitched. Ana I would receive an update soon. When is soon? I've yet to receive any type of correspondence since then. It has gotten colder and my children NEED those uniform shirts for school. The only reason I ordered was because the school recommended him. I did not want to even go as far as leaving a review, but I've called and emailed over and over with no response since the beginning of November, and it's now December 1st. December 7th still no response, no order update, and no shirts. I've called several times with no response at all. I really hope I3 Academy finds a new vendor to order our kids school clothes from. I'm beyond aggravated and Pissed at this point. A week later still no type of response, no order and no update. How can we get a refund when we can't even get in contact with anyone. At this point their loss is none of my concern, employees stealing isn't my concern, my concern is being scammed out of my money. Almost the new year and I still don't have my kids clothing nor do I have an update. I guess the only way to get my purchase is to leave Alabama and travel to them. And if I do, I'll be bringing the police with me.

3/26 UPDATE-I paid for 2 shirts in August. I finally received them in February. Changed from 1 to 3 stars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR THROUGH ANY 3rd PARTY APP. I ordered $45 worth of uniform shirts for my son back in 8/25, never received them, attempted a refund in 10/25 through the 3rd party SHOP, and the vendor reached out with excuses about having death in family, and that the clothes would be on their way within a week of that email. Here it is Jan and I have nothing.

I have called and emailed this company for the past two weeks. I still have not received my money back or the uniform shirt that Im short three of. Is one excuse at first it was a person in the company that messed up the entire order for Kipp Academy. Now they own his mom died now no ones answering the phone now the Internet went out. Its one thing after another either give me my shirts back or give me my money back by time I receive the shirts. My son is going to be out of the third grade if you need my order number for whoever the person is that responds back to these reviews contact me. I emailed you all this morning.

Ive been in contact with this company for 2 months about the uniforms Ive ordered. I was informed that there was an employee issue and that it would be rectified soon. I still havent received not one shirt out of the 6 Ive ordered. When asked for a refund I was told that they put it in the system that Ive received half of my order WHICH I HAVENT and that theyll only refund me for 3 shirts ! Two weeks later I still havent received any shirts nor a refund ! Ive never in my life dealt with a more unprofessional company and Kipp needs to find a better vendor. There are literally issues with them every single year!

I've emailed them numerous times since October 13! When they respond I get promises that my order will be out by the end of the week. Today is December 5 AND STILL NO youth medium SWEATSHIRT! My grandson is very upset & so am I! If I could rate a 0 I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
