They neglect their employees. People are constantly overlooked and not appreciated. The turnover rate is extremely high. Drivers are treated as property not people. Best part of working for the company was when management would have discussions about their employees and shut the door and turn on a noise machine so they couldn't hear them. They love drama, if you go to management to complain about how you are treated, you are treated worst. l enjoyed how demeaning the owner Shawn Hyde/Steve Jekyll was. He's extremely unprofessional. He talks to his employees like GARBAGE. But only if you make him mad, The compensation is minimal for the amount of work you do. THEY LOVE FAVORITISM! Ask Heather. They are driven to drive you crazy.
