Pepsi Bottling Ventures

I have never worked here but a friend of mine did. Mind you when you first start a job there will always be training no matter the job. This Pepsi cola company didn't give my friend a chance. After three days and still very new, he was let go because of performance. Well he only been there three days so it's like he didn't get a chance. It's been said this company doesn't treat their employees fair at all. Many people have quit because of pay and treatment. If you work here make sure this is what and where you want to be.

This company used to be a place you didnt mind coming to work. Since the pandemic, all the little things that were small issues pre pandemic became big problems now. This company claims nobody wants to work, but the real issue is they expect you to work long hours with very little pay. Its 2022 and prices and demand are up tremendously. And Pepsis barely wants to bring CDL A drivers in at $21.00 This company made so much money during pandemic and didnt invest none back into employees or equipment. One thing they will do is feed you. If they start paying as big as they are they would have a better outcome. No body coming in pbv should make less than $20/hr when you have fast food starting to pay 15 to 18/hr. This place has a lot of work to do. Its going to take for employees to realize yall need us more than we need you.

Giving up on applying to this place. Tried for two years and got no where. Thanks anyways. Still loyal to the brand though.
