This company is HANDS DOWN the best I've ever dealt with. Ive been working with Kyle for on 2 orders, he got me everything i wanted. I got to customize my tent and I got there best frame structure. When im telling you im never going back. This tent survived 60 MPH wind storm and I felt very safe and comfortable. Im now getting a larger one cause they are worth every penny. They will take care of you at this company.

After a deep dive into their products, and some initial conversations with their customer service team, it was a no brainer to go with them for our custom 10x10 canopy tent and tear drop flags. Top notch products and people across the board ... highly recommend.

This business is dishonest!! Our Company purchased a $4,000 tent and selected materials that they suggested to meet the timeframe required. Once the order was paid, the team ghosted us, ignored phone calls and said they would call us back immediately and never did. We have called from multiple numbers and once we call from a new number, they answer, but then ask us if they can look into it and call us back, they never do! We now have an event Monday with no Tent after weeks of dealing with this Company like this. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.
