I cannot say enough good things about Tap In! We hosted my boyfriends 40th birthday party there and it exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Heather made the entire planning process incredibly easy. She was organized, responsive and helpful, and made sure every detail was taken care of so the party went off without a hitch. Having someone like her coordinating everything took so much stress off my plate. She is truly a superstar and I am so grateful for everything she did to make the event special. The staff was equally amazing. Brandon, Aqua, Tony, Sydney and Trevor went above and beyond all night long. Whether it was getting food out quickly, making drinks, helping with the golf simulators or simply making sure everyone was having a great time, they were attentive, friendly and genuinely wonderful people. Their customer service was outstanding and made the entire experience even better. The food was fantastic. The wings and flatbreads were absolute crowd favorites and the drinks were great too. The golf simulator games were so much fun and every single guest had an amazing time. We had a mix of golfers and non-golfers and everyone found something to enjoy. If youre looking for a place to host a party, go on a date night, hang out with friends or just do something different for an evening, I highly recommend Tap In. Everything from the atmosphere to the food to the service was top-notch. Our group had an absolute blast and several people were already talking about coming back before the night was even over. We made some great memories celebrating there and I know well be back.

Our experience at Tap In was absolutely exceptional for my Dads surprise 60th! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our entire party was happy and well taken care of. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the event special. The food was delicious, and the service never missed a beat. A huge shoutout to Heather, the managershe was fantastic not only during the event itself, but throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything feel effortless. The party room was the perfect addition, giving us a great space to gather, and the golf bays were so much fun! Overall, I cannot say enough good things about the venue, the staff, and the whole Tap In experience. I would absolutely recommend Tap In to friends and family for future events. They truly helped make our celebration unforgettable!

A large group of friends rented a premium bay for a few hours and had a blast. The drinks and food were great, the service was top-notch and the simulator tech they use is incredible. It made playing golf so much more approach able to some of my friends who are new to the sport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking a bay here!

A little confusing when you first walked in as there is a desk at the front and it seems like someone is supposed to check you in. We had a reservation, so that made the most sense to us. After waiting for a while, we finally walked back towards the bar and spoke to someone who told us to just come back. After that, the experience was nice. Their technology is really good and they offer used clubs so that you dont have to bring your own. The food And drink drinks were both pretty good. Service was OK, it took the food a while to come out, But overall a great experience and I will definitely go back!

I hosted a large corporate event at Tap In earlier this month in which we had roughly 150 attendees and rented out the space. The staff was incredibly friendly and on top of it, making sure we had everything we needed months in advance. We were constantly reassured our event would go well, the decorations and set up were wonderful, and there were activities available for everyone. The atmosphere was wonderful for a corporate gathering and allowed people to casually network. My attendees are still raving about it today. This team truly knows how to make things happen! I am grateful for how easy this was to coordinate. We were even able to expand our beverage package while on site to accommodate needs in the moment. Thank you all for providing us with such wonderful service. If we decide to hold our conference in Charlotte again, we will know who to look to!

This was sooo close to being a 5 star review until I got home and opened what I ordered to-go. I'll start by saying, our bartender, Keishea was phenomenal! She gets 5 stars all the around! Very attentive, friendly etc. Anyways, so we ordered several rounds of drinks, eggs rolls and roast beef sliders. They we delicious. Was kind of disappointed that there were only 2 sliders instead of at least 3 for the price, but whatever thats fine. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms to go and my husband who absolutely can't stand mushrooms was even like "I'll try one" after reading how delicious they read on the menu. Whelp, I get home and open the box to this Completely unacceptable for $14!!!

Great spot in Indian trail but a bit overrated compared to other tapas spots in Charlotte. Service was great, karaoke was entertaining. Appreciated the fire but seating areas and fire pit could be a bit better maintained for how new this place is! The food was good but not phenomenal, everything tasted good but the quality felt more like cheaper bar food than elevated tapas. Risotto balls were supposed to include prosciutto and didnt but didnt realize until we had left. It felt a little stuffy/stiff inside when we arrived but was a much different vibe when karaoke started. It was super, almost awkwardly quiet when we arrived but loud karaoke as we were leaving. Seems like theyre trying to figure out their vibe.

Food is terrible. Service is even worse. The burrata was basically a ball of $5.00 store burrata with lettuce (no balsamic, no olive oil, not warmed up - nothing). Half of the mussels were closed and there was no sauce to speak of- just bitterness, sauceless mussels. The crabcake was a salmon cake. The chicken lettuce wraps were wilted romaine. Everything was overcooked - fillet medallions, lamb chops, and octopus. Everything was over salted - risotto, lamb chops, fillet. The only things that were somewhat edible were the scallops, salad, arancini, and Philly eggs rolls. They did appear to get the kids pasta right - fettuccini and some jarred spaghetti sauce. To add insult to injury, it took over an hour to come out and they added a 20% mandatory tip for bad service and even worse food. I should have gone to Sun Valley Cafe, Hickory Tavern or waited at the Trailhouse for a table and saved myself a few hundred dollars. Place is trying to be fine dining and food is not even palatable. We should have known when we were leaving and not one person was in the restaurant at 7:15pm on a Friday night. Dont go there. Save yourself the money and make a Hungry Man frozen dinner. That will be the same quality and youll have it in 5 minutes.

I ran across this spot just by googling nearby locations and what a hidden gem I found. The ambiance, the service and the food went beyond my expectations! Jackie the manager was awesome and attentive and Aidan our server never missed a beat. The fire pits the highlight due to the fact we could still enjoy outdoor seating regardless of the rain. Will definitely be returning!

Been here few times. Plenty of parking. Inside and outside parking. Food is very good. We had bruschetti, steak medallion, salads, lamb lollipops, wings, etc and mixed drinks. Everything is ala cart. Very pricey but nice occasionally. Beware menu items listed aren't always available which was strange for a Friday night with the weekend on tap. Service was very good. Worth a try.
