My first time here, to check out the vibe, it was great and it's a sports(soccer) friendly bar. They have a live band that makes the area electrifying. And lots of different games keep the crowd engaged. It's definitely a place to go with friends and just be open-minded with the crowd here. Parking is a little tide around this area in general, so if you are lucky, you might get free parking. If not, you will need to pay for parking a little further down the street.

Amazing staff and atmosphere. The staff truly are the best and make you feel so welcomed. This bar has the best vibes. One of our favorite spots to play pool, watch the game and see some of the best live music in Charlotte!

Jacks has the best bartenders and vibe!! Drinks are always good, the energy is always up and I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a fun time and a variety of music. They do not serve food but they DO have darts, a pool table, and places to sit when you get tired of dancing

My wife received devastating personal news while we were sitting at the bar and quietly started crying. Rather than handling the situation professionally or with basic hospitality standards, the staff immediately cut her off and treated her in an accusatory manner, as if she had done something wrong. The overall staff conduct felt unprofessional and poorly managed. A bar should know how to handle sensitive situations with discretion and respect this place clearly does not. Would not return.

I had an amazing experience at Jacks! The staff were super knowledgeable on all drinks and had a great bourbon selection. Shoutout to Cody, he runs a tight ship and was a professional. Cant wait to go back!
