I went here for a fish fry that was a part of a skating all weekend event. What a low budget event space! No trash cans except the 2 that were overflowing. The lack of trash receptacles made people discard open drink cups along multiple ledges which meant if you weren't dancing and standing anywhere you risked spilling a cup on yourself or someone else! No toilet tissue in the bathroom stalls. The floor had a large maze like configuration more appropriate for seated sections which was not conducive to our party at all. The outside courtyard was also too small for our gathering. Very hot and no ventilation. All in all a bad experience! I would never choose this place for a concert let alone a open party such as we tried to have.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went here for the October London concert and it was an absolute fiasco. 20.00 dollars for basic parking. The interior was painted black to disguise the dusty and worn down nature of the club surroundings. After witnessing this tragedy, I decided against going to the bathroom. The lack of ventilation was almost suffocating. The so-called stage has a waist high railing around it. Therefore, you're forced to the see an average height performer from the waist up. So much for seeing any choreography or stage outfits. During the concert, someone broadcasted the basketball game. Giving a low-end sports bar feel instead of R&B concert vibes. The event promoter (Black Promoters Collective) definitely share some of the blame for such a sour experience. Paid a 100.00 dollars for floor seats only to be told that the venue RAN OUT OF SEATS. People were made to stand up on their baby dance floor, actually sit down of the dance floor, stand up in the aisle and entryways in and out of the club. This type of blockage could have easily caused a serious issue if anything happened inside of the venue. Anyone ever heard of a fire code violation? Disappointed that venue staff didn't highlight and alleviate this issue. Overall ghetto experience. If I had two more thumbs, I would give them four thumbs down. If you buy a ticket to an event and a promoter uses this venue, give your ticket way. Better yet, don't go. Their operation might be just as ghetto as the venue. Save your time and money.

I attended the R&B event 1/20/24. Parking was a nightmare to begin with the place looks very hood. My wife said there was no toilet tissue in the womans restroom there was one roll being passed around, very unorganized especially at the front door. What I really wanna get into is the two horrible bartenders. I waited 45 minutes standing at the bar patiently. Finally I waved one of the bartenders down as she was not even 3 feet from me at the POS system and I said when you have a second can I buy a drink. She didnt even look up she immediately gave me the nastiest attitude and said shes not working that side of the bar. So I moved to the side she said she was servicing. I stood there for another 20 minutes and then I saw her serve a dude that had just walked up to the same spot I was previously standing at. At this point I am livid because I had a section at the club but a waitress never came the entire night. I shouldnt have been at the bar to begin with. Finally I flagged down the event promoter and she went to speak to the bartenders and they gave her attitude too. The event promoter went and grabbed I guess the owner and FINALLY the owner made my drinks. I went back to the bar a while later for more drinks and finally I was acknowledged but she made my drink sat it down made and delivered other drinks then bought mine over when she was done. I dont know if shorty thought she knew me or I reminded her of someone she doesnt like but that was the absolute WORST service Ive ever gotten at a club. She messed up her own pockets cause I always tip generously. Here is my tip to her if you dont like your job, go back to school and get a better one. The way you did me was uncalled for and made you look crazy. Do better. They are lucky Im not a foul person otherwise Id post a pic of them with this review. I ordered food too. The food was cold. Like sat out leftovers. Its safe to say Ill never return.

Do not purchase tickets for this event unless you are 100% sure, which is impossible to know. We bought tickets for the sip and paint comedy show. It was advertise to be great show. Tickets purchased has the comedy all over it . We get there the building itself is another story. But we go its a sip and paint where they trace an outline for you to paint into on small dollar store canvas, no instructor or anything just something through the phone. After 40 mins of massive loud music and cant hear anything we ask when will the comedian come on. Lady stutters comes back and says will happen. With 10 minutes left some random person comes on that you can not even understand on the mic besides about every 7th word said. He tells about 2 jokes that no one e laughs at. This is what we paid for!!! They lied about it when we asked them. They completely falsely advertised. They could have said not happening anymore. Instead tried to play off asking the one worker to tell a joke or two once we were like where is this comedy show? I later research and they maybe changed the days or they do it on purpose to lie and draw people in. Our tickets and what we paid for were nothing of what we got. And I cant get a hold of a single person

Never again. It's Thug City. There was a nasty brawl outside last night 3/14/24. If I want violence, I'll go to a boxing match. Stay very far away from this place. Inside is trashy. Drinks are weak. Service is terrible. Security is pretty rough, but at least nobody got shot inside. Never again.
