This location DID NOT have sheets for us, NO blankets, and no towels for the showers. The attendance said everything is being washed. We booked for 2 hours due to a red eye lay over arriving at 4am. I asked when will the laundry be finished and if she can give us the blanket when its done. She replied, you can come out here and ask for it to check on it yourself. So I did, checked back after the first hour and was told it wasnt ready. I asked when, and didnt get a return time but was told to check back. I dont understand, HOW is this establishments out of sheets and blankets in the winter without any backups to circulate for customers? Ive been at other Minute Suites in other cities and have been pretty happy with them with the necessities needed for the room to be able to rest comfortable. But this location service and supply did not live up to what I paid for. Management should look into service and supplies. Its ashamed they are out of supplies yet, still selling rooms to customers when its not equipped with the necessities.

My flight was cancelled last night and I didnt get on the next standby flight. Minute Suites was kind enough to work with me knowing I possibly had a standby flight. My suite and the restroom were immaculate! I appreciate Minute Suites making my overnight stay at the airport so much more comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly suggest them if you ever find yourself stuck at the CLT airport for an extended period of time.

First time using a feeling room. Highly recommended for red eye flights or long layovers! It was quite and dark, staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The little bed could be a little softer but so much better than the airport floor

What a wonderful oasis! Instead of spending a 3-hour layover in an uncomfortable waiting area, I stretched out in comfort, laid down my bags, removed my coat and boots, and reveled in the quiet. With a roomy, private rest room a few feet away, I also didn't have to schlep my bags into a small stall.

My flight was delayed so I missed my connecting flight. I was traveling from the night before so I needed to shower and lay down. I came across minute suites and was helped by Tiffany. She was amazing and I would recommend coming here if you need a hot shower or a place to nap.
