If you’re media and looking for suggestions or itinerary assistance for an upcoming visit, you’re in the right place. We’re happy to help you out to make the most of your time in Charlotte and experience as much as you can of what we have to offer.

Due to the number of media trip requests we receive, please allow at least three weeks' notice prior to arrival date for the CRVA team to accommodate any trip requests and 5-7 business days for a member of the team to follow up on your request. Media requests will not be considered prior to completing this media trip request form. While we seek to accommodate as many media requests as possible, trip assistance in not guaranteed.
