Best place to stay for a show at Spectrum! The rooms were spotless...no dust! The staff was kind and enthusiastic about folks being there for a concert. Breakfast was great and check out a breeze. The wait for valeted cars was lengthy, but those guys were working hard to get us our cars. I have stayed here before and experienced the same kindness and service. Thanks!

Hotel room was nice and clean. Staff was polite, but they did run out of wash cloths during our stay. We had to chase down the cleaning lady to get more wash cloths and towels. They didnt know what floor she was on so we had to go to a few floors on the elevator to find her. Inconvenient but we needed them. Breakfast was decent. Quite a few options to choose from. Location is amazing. Definitely would stay again.

This was one of my best hotel stays. Customer service was very nice. Shout Out Sydney at the front desk! (My Treacherous lil Twin!) Also.. Monika Faulkner was a BIG help and exhibited a great deal of patience throughout my checkout process. Friendly staff all around. Rooms were clean. Views were nice. Breakfast selection was good. Walking distance to just about anything you may need. For a 3 day 2 night stay I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Was there for UFC event and it seemed like everything in our room was falling apart. Hairdryer didnt work picture frame glass was broken on the wall. Totally inconvenient to have to pay 40.00 for parking in the garage thats public that the hotel can not validate. No easy access to the parking garage either. Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was amazing and plenty of choices. Overall super convenient for the spectrum center for the fights. Was a little far from any restaurants or anything really. Access to the train was great. Ease of going to the hotel bar was great.

They have a $100 hidden fee that they require at the desk. The hotel was not very clean not worth $160 a night. Im glad you replied. My future travel plans wont be at your hotel. A heads-up with detailed fees BEFORE booking will greatly be appreciated by customers and will avoid booking a room in which you couldnt even sleep in because of unknown fees.
