I absolutely love The Invigory! I held an event there for my nonprofit and I have gone individually several times. Both were amazing experiences! The staff was incredible and the services were top notch! Everything was SO clean. The IV hydration paired with the salt room was heaven! The cozy chairs and quiet time was just what I needed to decompress! I love the benefits of the infrared sauna as well! The compression sessions after hard workouts have been amazing with my recovery as well! I honestly have not had a service that I haven't loved! All around amazing experience!

Amazing place to recover and relax! Definitely recommend the flush & freeze for muscle soreness and reducing inflammation. The infrared sauna is so peaceful, private, and really detoxes you! They have so many awesome services to help you be better at life and your sport(s). Try something new, I dont think youll regret it

This place is awesome! I came in with some general soreness in both legs from over doing it on the tennis court. I had such a great experience doing the leg compression therapy. The treatment itself was very relaxing and I felt noticeably less sore that evening and the following day! The staff here is so professional and knowledgeable. They can suggest treatments tailored to your individual needs and ailments. I felt very comfortable with their guidance and recommendations. I will be back for more!

The staff was unbelievably thoughtful and friendly. The nurse administering my IV was really knowledgeable and thorough. I get dehydrated easily and the onboarding questions addressed my needs to get to the best options for care possible. Highly recommend - the other treatments looked awesome (and love Amanda at the South End location as well!!!).

Love this place! I went last week and had compression therapy on my legs and a cryo facial. Both were amazing! The cryo facial was so relaxing and I could see a difference with just one treatment in overall smoothness and evenness of my skin tone plus it seemed to help with my pore size. I will be going back for more of these. The compression therapy also felt like a massage for my legs and relieve soreness and just made me feel like I could move easier. Cant wait to work my way through all their services!
