After reading an article about Activate I was ready to go. It was time for something different to celebrate our anniversary. I went online to register ahead it was quick and easy. You play a deposit to hold your spot. I completely understand why. I do tell you to arrive 15 minutes early and to wear workout clothes. The staff was very helpful since this was our first time they gave us a brief tour and how to play the games. I highly recommend: wear the workout clothes and stretching beforehand. Also, read the instructions on how to play each game to have the best outcome on the first try. We had an amazing time and burned a lot of calories. You get a full workout at this place. I can't wait to go back.

This was an an amazing experience for the entire family. It was the perfect amount of challenge, plus, you could change the levels to make it easier or harder. Alaric was the real highlight, he played every game with us to help us figure them out. He was so pleasant and so fun. He really made the experience even more enjoyable. Can't wait to go back.

Inventive, fun and exciting indoor games. Several different rooms (with multiple games in each) that require a mix of physical and mental skills. Minimum of 3 or maximum of 5 people per game room. You have a window of 90 minutes or so to play in all of the rooms. Some go quicker than others. Great experience and suitable for adults and kids

WOW! What an amazing place. So much fun - 90 minutes of action packed puzzles and trivia and interactive play. Really impressed by the whole experience. Had a blast with a group of friends with a 9 year old as well!

This is 100% a Charlotte must do activity. My husband and I come to Activate every other week as a fun exercise activity and its honestly one of our favorite things to do together. The games are challenging but doable and range from super athletic runs across the room to trivia (with basketballs). Theres really something for everyone regardless of age or fitness level. The space is always clean and the reservation system means youre never waiting long to play a specific room. The staff are EXCELLENT. Super friendly and helpful. Just an overall amazing experience every time we go. Were begging for a membership option (corporate if you see this give it to us please). Take your kids, take your friends, take your awkward cubicle coworkers.
