This was only my 3rd time to this location, last time being back in February, and attempted to sell some clothes. No where on the site dies it say to bring clothes in totes or baskets or reusable bags, so the first time I see this new policy is when I got there. Again, I was there in February, and this wasn't the policy then, and it's not listed on the website. So I had to buy a $3 reusable bag, and then they didn't take a single one of mine nor my friend's clothes! You definitely won't be getting my business ever again after this.

I've been to Uptown Cheapskate several times. The range of women and men clothing is wide with great prices. Sale days are my favorite times to shop as l buy a higher quantity of items for me and to donate. Another great aspect about this store is that they buy clothing/shoes/accessories from you!! The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. I recommend checking them out.

Cool place, a little lackluster on the customer service but good choices. Went there to find a mix-match outfit and found a lot of clothes that were new and good quality. Everything was clean and organized. They even had some high end stuff scattered around the store and its much better than going to the mall. Only reason for 4 stars were the people working there were not very helpful

I shop with them, theyre not a bad store. But the only thing I would do is legit check shoes before purchasing. Go on the legit app or check check before buying because 2 shoes Ive checked recently from them came out fake. The entrupy thing is not accurate since theyre not sneaker based. Other than that Id say they have decent things like the Saturday deals! I wish the customer service was a little better when it came to replica items since it is illegal to sell.

Customer service is lacking significantly. Three workers watched me walk in to pick up my stuff and they all stood there talking to each other looking at me and wouldnt greet me. They also returned my items to me unfolded and thrown around in the bag when I arrived with them folded neatly. Take your money elsewhere.
