Chartering a bus with CharterUP was a great experience. I loved the personalized service that I received. A human actually answered the phone when I called. I even called late one night and on a Saturday, and they still had staff available to talk. The bus was clean and accomodated all of our needs. The charter was for a high school girls basketball team in the playoffs. The driver was excited and really looked like he wanted to be there and cheered on the girls. Could not have had a better experience.

This was the easiest experience(minus a few computer glitches)from booking to implementation. John our driver for our porgram February 22-25, 2026 was phenomenal! He became a part of our group and even went through some of the museums and contributed to discussion sessions. I can not say enough nice things about this experience! We will defintiely use CharterUP again!

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE CHARTER UP. I corresponded with Kaitlyn Welden regarding a shuttle needed for our non-profit youth baseball event. She requested the trip date, addresses, times etc. of which I provided to her in email. She loaded all the info in to a trip reservation for me and sent a link to pay the deposit; which I did. Come to find out Kaitlyn loaded the incorrect date in the itinerary and by the time I noticed it they said it was too late to change anything and we were SOL. Even though it wasnt my mistake and I have it on writing of the correct date I requested from the very beginning. They refused to refund our $1100 and said due to their terms and conditions they couldnt do anything. They made mistakes and refused to take accountability for it and correct it. Not only did they leave us $1100 basically stolen, but also left us with only 5 days to turn around and find a new shuttle service for an event hosting thousands of people. They DO NOT take care of the customer and they will not admit to their associates making mistakes. I have all of the proof in writing and submitted it to them for a claim and they said the best they could do was return $300 of the amount back to us. Insulting!!!!

All good things to say about this company. Excellent customer service. They answered promptly to questions and items to change. I ordered four charter buses for my company meeting and each one came on time and got us there and back safely. Huge kudos to this team and their effort to customer first. Will definitely be working with them again

CharterUp did an excellent job of providing the bus and driver for our group. Jesus was very kind and helpful. We departed and returned on time. He was able to get out group to the front door of our destination. I will use CharterUp again.
