Lower South End
Great spirits. Amazing pizza like mama mia makes it. Maybe the best in Charlotte. This spot is definitely more than just a distillery.
Very cool place! The drinks are fancy and fun, very well-thought out and well-executed. We got the Irish Remedy (hot) ($9), Key Lime Mule ($9), Grapefruit Mule ($9), and Quinns Carolina Whiskey ($8). All were really great. The bartender described the Key Lime Mule as liquid key lime pie, and he was completely right. It was soo good. The Grapefruit Mule was good, and not overwhelmingly grapefruit-y. Apparently theyre closing and trying to find another location. I hope they find a place soon, because wed love to go back!
Really hoping they find a new location, because I love this place. Great drinks, and reasonable prices. The food is delicious as well! Super knowledgeable bartenders, and they use a lot of their own liquors in the drinks, which makes it all the more unique.
Great experience. This is a distillery with very talented bartenders. Do yourself a favor and order one of the great drinks made from their sprits, leave the beer for when you visit the nearby breweries. Cozy interior, and check out the upstairs bar if it's open. We only had a snack, but they do offer a full menu. I really enjoyed the flight and ability to try the vodka, and moonshines.
Really good food and service. The cocktails were hand crafted and delicious. The distillery attached sells their liquors at reasonable prices, and they are fantastic. Would be a 5 star review, but it was incredibly loud without much reason for the noise.
