Great views and beer selection! Be careful though.. one bartender and it can get busy.
The lovely views cannot compensate for the horrific customer service. On Friday, I took the elevator to the 8th floor, and the bartender screamed that they weren't open yet. (The elevator opens directly into to bar.) I returned after 5 PM, but the line was too long, and slow, to get a drink. On Saturday, I arrived after 5 PM -- and in the middle of a customer service training session. I was invited to seat myself. The training lasted for at least 10 more minutes. I was never offered a drink. I am a corporate trainer, so I was stunned by the fact that the trainer/manager continued his pep rally about good customer service while I was completely ignored. I used this experience as an example of "what not to do" when I spoke with my team of trainers on Monday.
Wow what a view! Great view of uptown and a nice relaxing lounge vibe on the rooftop patio. Excellent curated cocktail list too!
Fantastic views of downtown from the terrace, nicely crafted cocktails, and nice variety of draft beers (good local options too). Great spot to grab a drink and bite to eat!

Incredible views of Uptown from South Park. Really classy ambience. Drinks are pretty solid. Service, although friendly, was fairly inattentive and scattered. We ordered food and the order never got placed by our server. After waiting 30+ minutes and tired of waiting for our server to follow up, we asked another server about the status on the food and she told us the order was never placed. She offered to replace the order and comp the meal which we appreciated, but we declined. The word never got back to our original server so she never acknowledged the mistake. There seemed to be a lot of people wearing multiple hats. They had two bartenders also doubling as servers and hostesses. They had one chef in the kitchen or so we are told. Not sure if there was a manager on duty or if it was just the three of them doing the best they could. The obvious problem to me is that they were severely understaffed. Hopefully this is a result of the pandemic and will improve. I cant imagine a high end hotel having troubles or lack of funding to fill these roles but who knows. The potential for this spot is really high. I look forward to coming back with hopes of improved service.
