Food menu is very small but decently priced for being a restaurant in a hotel. The pool chairs and cabanas could definitely use an update. Most of The chairs are falling apart and unusable but still sitting out there for use. There are 2 grills near the pool as well but rusted and don't appear to be usable either.

This social bar is not overwhelming as many bars are so u enjoyed it. The bartender Taylor is a hoot, very personable & professional! We visit everyone we're in Charlotte & stay at the Sheraton.

I went for the pool party. It was nice inside. The bartenders were attentive, especially Shane. Hope to visit again the next time I'm in Charlotte!

The pool area was nice. The seating area does fill up quickly. My biggest gripe would be the lackluster bar service. The bartender was fairly overwhelmed and not particularly friendly or outgoing. It was just too slow and the bar area is a good distance from the pool located inside the hotel lobby. I really want to see a bar outside at least some beers on tap since 50% of the drinks were beer. I would go back at some point but I'll have much lower expectations for the bar.

The staff is amazing! We stopped in during a bachelorette night out and was pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty good, they were able to serve the various diets from pescatarian and vegetarian and beyond. The customer service was unparalleled. Keyianna was our server and Dame was our bartender. They were extremely attentive and really made our dining/bar experience great! Thank you!
