The bar service was good. Fast and the bartender was helpful. They did not have the drink I wanted and it was slow for a Thursday. The bouncer Keith was extremely nice and kind and definitely set the stage. He definitely made my experience in the city top notch. The views of the city were excellent

We had fantastic service from Rossy. It's a good place for the blend of cigars and old fashioned. The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is due to the plastic drink-ware but the drinks did taste great.

Recently went to Novelty House with my wife for our friend's birthday. I was impressed by the setup from the entrance to Havana Smoke Shop. I think it's the 4th floor to the rooftop, which is Novelty House. Novelty House was a breath of fresh air, literally. It was so lovely out the late March evening we went, and the breeze felt nice while just listening to music, talking, and having some drinks. The crowd was diverse and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The DJ on the evening was good and everyone seemed to be all smiles. The staff of the establishment was polite and accommodating. I knew the owner from a previous nightclub, and he was the most stand-up guy I've ever met in any industry. Our bartender, I believe her name was Lauren, she was excellent and made great cocktails and drinks. I enjoyed the place, and I'd like to hang out with people after work during the week, like on a Thursday before the weekend hits. But I think a Saturday night here is a night well spent.

The customer service was great. We enjoyed the drinks, but there's no food. It would be nice to have something to cushion all the alcohol. Beautiful ambiance. Recommend for a girl's night out.

Beautiful experience! My family and I loved the complimentary brunch that was catered by the infamous Fahrenheit of Charlotte. The food was flavorful, drinks were eccentric, plus the atmosphere & DJ added a great Feng shui. Will definitely be back thank you again Novelty House. We all enjoyed dressing up for the occasion :)
