Platform Sports is a visually impressive venue that makes a strong first impression, particularly as a setting for an evening or day event. The rooftop area is a clear highlight - the views of the surrounding area, especially around sunset, are genuinely striking. The venue is thoughtfully designed with both an indoor and outdoor area, giving guests flexibility depending on weather or preference. The interior features an abundance of television screens and mirrors, which adds to the elevated sports-lounge aesthetic. The space feels clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. Parking in the surrounding area was manageable. As a venue experience, Platform Sports delivers - the quality of any given event will naturally depend on entertainment programming, but as a physical space for gathering, it is one of the better options available in Charlotte.

We're in Charlotte for a couple days due to canceled flights, and we were looking for a place to watch a football game. This place was perfect for that! So many TVs, and not a bad seat anywhere. We were interested in 2 different games, and they were EXTREMELY accommodating to make sure we were able to see both games. My husband wanted unsweet tea, and our server, Cocoa, went above and beyond for us! They were out of unsweet tea, but she had them brew some just for him - and she brought him a pitcher with a plate of limes. Our service was spot on... We'd go back just for the service. Cocoa was wonderful. We read the description of the gleezy dog, and it sounded very unique, so we ordered one to split. It is basically just a hotdog (I mean, it was very good, for a hotdog...but the description said something about twice-smoked brisket and gleezy sauce...maybe the dog is made of brisket? We couldn't really tell a difference and would not have guessed that brisket was a part of the dog, and I still don't know what gleezy sauce is. So that was a little disappointing). We also had fried pickles as an appetizer, and they were yummy. We'd definitely go back to watch a game.

Nice place with cool views and plenty of screens! One thing to watch is the new automatic 18% tip thing going around - nice service but ended up way over tipping for a couple beers - otherwise a great place to catch a game - The Staff is very knowledgeable and several options for food as well as Mocktails. We did not eat however a group next to us commented on the appetizers and other menu items and was very pleased. We were blown away with all the big screens and walls with tvs so there is not a bad place to sit to watch anything when you are there - and the outdoor seating is quite ample for when the weather warms up.

Platform was a really fun sports bar, and a great place to watch a day of football! I loved the outdoor seating area, which was perfect for a beautiful fall day. The indoor aspect wasnt quite as unique, but still served as an awesome sports bar environment. All of the staff were really nice, and that had a fine-enough selection of beers. Id definitely recommend stopping in to Platform if youre looking for a place to watch the days sporting events!

This place is amazing! This was my first outing in Charlotte and I had a blast. Yohanna was our server and she was amazing. I asked for recommendations and she was very timely bringing our food and drinks! I highly recommend them. Just try to arrive early because it does get packed so parking may be hard.
