The newest sports bar in Charlotte did not disappoint! Great energy especially with the live DJ during commercials. Servers could be better trained on the menu (tastings before shift), and stating their name but they were pleasant. Food was great. You can get a good meal and watch the game. That's a win. The mixed drinks and mixed shots aren't worth the price. Stick to "on the rocks", and will be fine. Automatic gratuity seems to be the norm, so factor that into your costs. The walkway to the bathroom is a vibe lol. Thanks for the extra female stalls!

This place will now be my preferred spot to watch any NFL or college football game. Atmosphere was Vegas level elite. Service was amazing. The food spoiled me on what could be available for a sports bar. The only negative would be limited beer selection but there's enough variety right now to ignore it. Everything else is so amazing it's worth to ignore. If you need a little more variety, catch a few down the street at Gilde then walk over to get ready for your games.

Great sports bar! And a great variety of sports on the screens. They even had the UFC PPV main card on. Super surprised how nice it was for only the second day of the soft opening. Everyone in my group was also surprised by the quality of food. We had the Mediterranean flatbread with lamb! Super good! The cocktails were also great. Well definitely be back especially when the patio opens!

At The Platform Sports Bar in South for dinner tonight, and I gotta say. The concept has such great potential and an excellent location. Walking in, based on how it looks from the outside, you would think its a bigger place, but the inside is pretty small. A huge wall of screens showing just about every game thats on dominates one end of it. The other end has the bar and more TVs. Service was good, the staff was friendly and attentive. Theres a disclaimer at the bottom of the menu the 20% is added to every check as a gratuity that goes directly to their staff. I was a little annoyed about that, but at least they let you know ahead of time. I was also annoyed that they charged me five dollars to add bacon and cheese to my baked potato. That I did not know until I got my check. I was also shocked that has a sports bar, they didnt have any draft beer, or even bottles. Only cans. Great atmosphere for a sports bar, they look to have an awesome patio, but it was closed when I was there. Looks like theyre doing some kind of construction. That was a little disappointing. I got six of the buffalo wings as an appetizer. I thought they were a little on the small side and they were overcooked. The blue cheese dressing was phenomenal though. As my entre, I got the New York strip cook medium with a baked potato on the side. I assumed the potato came dressed, so I ordered it with just bacon, cheese and butter. The potato was great. Nice portion of toppings and not too big. The steak was just OK. It was cooked closer to medium well and wasnt really seasoned. I know, I know. Learned my lesson about ordering a steak at a sports bar, but thats what I was craving. There were two girls seated next to me at the bar who ordered a flatbread pizza and a buffalo chicken dip that looked pretty good. All in all, I would probably come back to try something else off the menu, and would definitely consider coming here for March madness or college or NFL football. Just cant get over the fact that they dont have draft beer though.

We always have a great time here! Perfect place to watch sports and they have a great menu. Sweet Chili wings are my favorite. The spinach and buffalo dips are delicious as well. Great vibe, diverse atmosphere, and solid service. Whitney is our favorite bartender! I appreciate her letting us know 20% gratuity was included - many places don't tell you that but it made me want to tip more for her honesty!
