Simply the best! The seltzers are delicious, love the dog friendliness, and the humans this gem attracts are incredible. The unlimited gluten free options are so appreciated, bartenders are amazing, and the family that owns it are so special. A must-go in Charlotte. Highly recommend for everyone, but especially for celiacs looking for stress free deliciousness!

I'll give it to you stright, I enjoy the heck out of my time at Summit. The level of service is excellent and it sets the bar for how other breweries should follow. The atmosphere is typical of what you would expect from a Charlotte venue but it feels welcoming in a way other places haven't really figured out. With themed events every other night this seems like a place that welcomes the community and encourages residents to join in with the fun. My recommendation is the No Shoes, which is a solid seltzer with a bitter yet refreshing taste. If you are in the mood for a more citrus-style drink the Base Camp is the way to go. I definitely plan to go back and enjoy the other pours on the menu.

I didnt try any seltzers, but the zest a peel beer was delicious. I love that you get a view of the city skyline. We went on a Sunday evening and it was pretty chill. Not busy at all but saw the cutest pups. I would love to visit again and do a seltzer flight which they do have. Definitely recommend visiting if youre in the area.

We enjoyed the view of uptown while sitting next to the fire pit on their patio. The seltzer was flavorful and great for my gluten free wife, but we were half expecting some crazier flavors since a lot of the big name seltzer distributors have similar flavors that we saw at Summit.

It was love at first sight, my friend and I had taken our dogs across the street to the dog bar and had seen summit while we were leaving. We both got super excited and after having a bad day Tuesday we said #% IT threw away our not eating out pact and drove over to summit. After moving from the Midwest, this is by far the best experience Ive had in Charlotte, the owner Kristen ( spelling?) is such a pure and empathic soul. She is so fun and outgoing and truly cares about her guests. I will for ever go back to this place and highly recommend it.
