Simply the best! The seltzers are delicious, love the dog friendliness, and the humans this gem attracts are incredible. The unlimited gluten free options are so appreciated, bartenders are amazing, and the family that owns it are so special. A must-go in Charlotte. Highly recommend for everyone, but especially for celiacs looking for stress free deliciousness!

I'll give it to you stright, I enjoy the heck out of my time at Summit. The level of service is excellent and it sets the bar for how other breweries should follow. The atmosphere is typical of what you would expect from a Charlotte venue but it feels welcoming in a way other places haven't really figured out. With themed events every other night this seems like a place that welcomes the community and encourages residents to join in with the fun. My recommendation is the No Shoes, which is a solid seltzer with a bitter yet refreshing taste. If you are in the mood for a more citrus-style drink the Base Camp is the way to go. I definitely plan to go back and enjoy the other pours on the menu.

I didnt try any seltzers, but the zest a peel beer was delicious. I love that you get a view of the city skyline. We went on a Sunday evening and it was pretty chill. Not busy at all but saw the cutest pups. I would love to visit again and do a seltzer flight which they do have. Definitely recommend visiting if youre in the area.

Super cute & fun place to chill or play games. They have seltzers, beer, and cocktails so theres something for everyone and the employees are so helpful and sweet. Definitely recommend!

Really nice seltzery/brewery, this place would be perfect during the summer time with these refreshing drinks! But even right now in mid-February it is still refreshing and the jello shots are really damn good! They're surrounded by many restaurants and they allow you to bring food there to eat, they also host trivia nights and seem to do other events, it's a really cool spot. Also the drinks are more fruit forward than just carbonated gases like mainstream seltzer drinks. I was told they actually use real fruits and that's how they get their colors.
