My first time at Fairweather was an amazing one. First, our service staff was attentive and friendly. Second, all the cocktails for my table were high quality and tasted amazing. Third, the foodI dont have a favorite because they all tasted amazing. If I had to pick one, I would say the mussels dish. The food elevated the cocktail experience. If you havent been to Fairweather yet, make your way. I have a feeling that it will get so busy with the cocktail enthusiasts who enjoy dining with cocktails, it will be hard to get tables. I hope to return soon to experience few more amazing cocktails and food to go with them.

Went there on Monday for Oyster Happy Hour- $1 each. We tried all 4 kind of oysters, our favorites are Carolina Gold and Sweet Petite. Oysters are fresh and sweet! The other side dishes we ordered Beef Tartare tender and flavored, a little bit too salty Saladis also fresh Cocktailsthe matcha Colada I ordered is too sweet for me, but my friends enjoyed their drinks. Overall satisfied experience. Though I would order more oysters rather than side dishes next time.

One of my go to cocktail bars in Charlotte! Every Monday night they have $1 oysters, which is one of the best food deals in the city, and pairs well with their freezer variation of a Martini (easily my favorite in the city). Their cocktail menu consist largely of classics and riffs on classics, of which the Bourbon based Mai Tai and Ube Colada are some of my current favorites. Bar staff is pleasant and highly knowledgeable, and can create bartenders call cocktails if youre feeling adventurous! One of the definite spots for cocktails in the Queen City!

Couldnt wait to try Fairweather in Charlotte North Carolina. We love Idlewild so much so I knew this would be the same. They have dollar oyster nights on Mondays and has a really amazing ambience. Its almost like a lounge. We only had the oysters and we had a few drinks, and they were all amazing! Will definitely go back and try other things on the menu!

Its $1 oysters night on Monday! Three different kinds to choose from. Fresh and amazing. The salmon crudo is another beautiful and wonderful dish. The beef carpaccio is delicious as well. They were busy so make reservations ahead of time for oysters night. Waitress was attentive - definitely will go again.
