Atmosphere is gorgeous, cozy comfortable. True German experience and appeal. Food, authentically beautiful and taste superb! We were there before 5pm and ordered every " Snack". Three to go home. Portions are just enough to be comfortable, and this is the way one should feel leaving great German food, wine and beer. . Definitely a place to be, enjoyed every detail. We will be back.

Had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere, food, and beer were all amazing. Our bartender, Lindsay, was incredible. She knew the beers and food very well and pointed us in the right direction on what to order. She took great care of us despite the place being completely packed. We'll definitely be coming back!!

Awesome brewery! Great beer at a great price! CAUTION WHEN PARKING NEARBY. We parked in a lot right behind Gilde where you could use an app to pay to park. We bought two hours of parking from 7:30-9:30 on Fri. March 4. Thank god I took a screenshot of the payment confirmation because when we came out at 9:20 to our car, two rent-a-cops were there waiting for us. They arrogantly told us that we had a boot on our car and there was a huge green sticker on the window. I pulled up the screen shot of the parking confirmation and they quickly changed their attitude and took the boot off our car. What those guys were doing almost seemed predatory. If you park in a numbered space, take a screen shot of the payment confirmation on your phone! You just may need it in order to get a boot off your car :/

What a great atmosphere and great food/beer. Weve been looking forward to this place opening since they were announced and we were not disappointed. The beer was excellent and the German food delicious. The only thing we would say is that the pretzels could be a bit bigger. Such a great compliment to OMB down the street. Having two German based options so close together is outstanding.

PUMPED they finally opened! Great brewery! Their beer was delicious, with great authentic German beers. The food was really good, we tried the poached codfish, schnitzel, smoked trout, pretzel and a few other things. The pretzel was pretty meh. The schnitzel, codfish and trout were great! The dessert was also amazing! Tart, sweet, creamy and rich. The ambiance was pretty crazy because they were PACKED. The staff were running around all over to try and appease people. Some people looked frustrated that they had to wait, but not everyone that is older is more mature. Cut em a break! The detailed decor copies many authentic German pubs. Parking will be an issue for a little while, but that is what comes with a brewery closer to uptown and high rises. Southerners are still getting used to that. Ha.
