401 Social Bar & Kitchen

Nancy E.

Pros: Central location to uptown events. Clean and comfortable seating options. Food is fine nothing special. Cons: Staff lacks adequate customer service skills. Does not provide menus or water to customers once seated. Wait time for food, utensils, and final bill is unacceptable. Customers must walk to the bar to get assistance from the bartender when servicers disappear. Unsure if 401 Social is adequately staffed on weekends!

Food was not bad but the service was not up to our standards. Wait staff and bartenders were slow and not customer - focused at all. We have decided not to return there.
