Was here for a weeknight night stay. The man at check in was great (8nwiah is caught his name), he was there when I checked out and remembered me enough to follow up with some details I mentioned the day before. The room was clean (it actually smelled of disinfectant though not overpowering), the service was great. The location is convenient to everything in uptown. The gym was nice and well equipped. Parking was a bit confusing as there are multiple hotels in the large complex but we figured it out.

The staff was nice, hotel was clean, the location was great. BUT, there are certain things I expect when I stay at a downtown hotel. The basics being valley service for the car (or even a garage that works) and room service. The AC offers neither. Moreover, their first floor guest store was pedestrian at best. If I could cancel ams get my money back I would go to another hotel. Don't stay here.

Horrible staff on 3rd shift.....toilet overflowed in middle of night, maintenance came and snake toilet and still did not work. Only offer was to use bathroom on 5th floor.
