This place is amazing!! I would have never chosen this place myself, I was with a friend who wanted to go. I didn't understand most of what was on the menu, so I picked something that sounded familiar ("ham" was the familiar ingredient), not quite knowing what I was ordering. To my pleasant surprise the BEST sandwich I have EVER tasted is what I had ordered. It was divine. The ingredients were so fresh, and the flavors within my meal complemented each other perfectly. The service was fantastic and the restaurant was very intimate. We went for lunch, but it would be a romantic dinner spot. Highly recommend!

GREAT restaurant. While not overly fancy or pretentious still great for a special occasion especially if you care about the food and not the fluff. Exceptional food, and I try to eat the the best restaurants in each city I visit. This is as good as it gets. Small menu, that is a positive, everything done to order. Clearly as good as comparable upscale bistro type places I've tried in Paris or NY. Reasonably priced quality wine list. Attentive wait staff, owner circulates to make sure things go well and customers understand what they trying to do. Great mean, comfortable atmosphere. Real value for what you get

Excellent! Perfect lunch spot with a friend. Very comfortable and refined atmosphere without feeling forced. The daily catch, scallops, was very good. Served with gnocchi. Beautiful plating.

This restaurant is just absolutely fabulous! Owners, Bryan and Patrick, really know what they are doing and have created a fine dining experience like no other in Charlotte. The food is always fresh, delicious and exquisitely plated, and the service is impeccable. Do not miss the chocolate souffle...yum, yum, yum!

Quaint bistro, founded in French technique with a decidedly Mediterranean appeal. You'll find flavors from Africa, Spain and Italy in abundance, warm and informed service, and comfort in the fact that everything is made in-house. A small but serviceable bar program accompanies a wine list with excellent depth. A meal of small plates or a traditional coursed offering are your call, and the patio is as inviting as the inner dining room. An excellent and needed addition to Charlotte's culinary scene.
