Had a hankering for some tacos and tequila on the evening of my wife and I's anniversary. So glad we chose Ay Papi! Our waitress was super nice, explaining the menu etc. They even gave us churros and ice cream for desert. (amazing tequila and bourbon selection)

I really wanted to like this place. The service was pretty good. The reviews seemed so good for the food to not be good. The chips itself were nice and crispy but the salsa was also basically tasteless, I couldnt taste the tomato at all, just watery cilantro. However, the chorizo queso were everything. My kids devoured it so that was a plus. The chicken in the quesadilla had no flavor. It tasted like the chicken was boiled with no seasoning flavor. The tacos were average but I just wouldnt classify this as authentic and tasty Mexican food. Maybe its one of the better places for Rock Hill, but Ive had much better from other restaurants.

Service was fast and staff is polite and friendly. Food was good and the tacos are very fulfilling. The papas didnt really look good at first but when I ate them they were good.. Sweet and salty.

Delicious specialty chicken sandwich! Cheesy rice was very good. Steak quesadillas were really tender with plenty of cheese. Large portions. Highly recommended! Had a bit of trouble parking our oversized vehicle, but didnt have to walk too far.

The food presentation was fantastic. I am vegetarian so had good choices. Be careful if you order side stuffed poblano. It has chorizo in sauce, just order without sauce. We'll be back! Very clean and welcoming.
