I hired Babe & Butcher for a work event I hosted alongside a local business. After placing the order, the event had to be rescheduled for a different date. Babe & Butcher representatives were responsive to my emails, helpful and accommodating when trying to figure out a new plan for the rescheduled event, and friendly. I appreciated their communication style. When it came time to pick up the order (a full-size charcuterie and two brunch boxes) from the Park Road location, the staff members were professional, attentive, and carried the 3 large boxes and bag containing the order to my car. And finally, the food items kept well, they remained beautiful, and the food was tasty despite being stored in the fridge for about 42 hours before the event. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with them, Id work with them again, and Id recommend them to friends and family.

I started inquiry on an order back in September, wanted a grazing table setup, was told they couldnt do the grazing table that day, so I booked and paid for 4 large boards, added on crackers and crostinis, fresh flowers, and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered and booked them and paid for them by October for an event mid December. It rained the day of our event and I get a text our delivery has been cancelled. Because of rain? If you are in the business of catering, rain shouldnt stop you from fulfilling your orders that were booked well enough in advance to be prepared for rain. Our event was indoors and local (Mt Holly). I was planning the event from out of town and they did let me come and pick up the boards. So nice of them. When I get there, one of the owners happened to come out and wasnt too apologetic about it either. How does one react to someone who says sorry while they are smiling? When I get to the event and open the boxes, I see brown edges on the flowers (fresh flowers on the boards are an added $45), the strawberries were not that big and were simply dipped in chocolate. Looked like a 5 year old dipped them (they were $25). Nothing like the pictures on their website and the crudite board had not so fresh veggies on it. The cucumbers had already started to turn soft and clear and I ended up having to take some off of the board and throw them in the garbage. They returned the delivery fee, but I wont use them ever again nor would I suggest anyone else use them if they are unable to deliver fresh boards in the rain. If you are charging the amounts you are charging, you best have the products looking like the posted photos on your website and in other reviews or you will end up with a negative review like mine.

We had Babe and Butcher cater an event and they were amazing!! It was so easy to work with them. They showed up early to our event to set up our charcuterie cones and it was BEAUTIFUL! The cones were so easy and sanitary for guests to grab. We ordered 230 and they put them all out at once and it didn't even look like that many. They provided napkins as well. It was well worth the price!

Loved it! We usually get premade boards but we wanted to build our own this weekend so my husband and I each got the build your own box that came with 3 cheeses and 1 meat (we both added an extra meat I think for $2 each). We couldnt have been happier with customer service, the quality and quantity. Will definitely be back. We loved everything we picked but that honey berry goat cheese *chefs kiss*

Totally blew us away. The babe and butcher team created a "cheese wheel cake" and charcuterie tray for the cocktail hour of our wedding. We expected it to be decent sized, pretty, and tasty. What we got was much larger than expected, show-stoppingly beautiful, and tasted absolutely amazing. The price/value for what we got was excellent as well. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone for future events.
