Bagel Boys

The good first... the bagels and coffee are good. The staff works hard and cranks out orders with a good pace. Now, what I view as odd or confusing... No prices posted anywhere that i saw... you pay whatever it is i guess they ring you up for. Was i charged properly... who knows. Ordered ham, egg and cheese on everything bagel and was asked how I'd like the egg prepared... and no Taylor ham... and is wasn't cut in half. Seems like everything is backwards - you order in the back and wait in the front, so it appears over conjested. Because of this you really can't use the seating as folks in line or waiting have their butts right at your table - no thanks. The location is definitely set up for the staff, they got plenty of room to hustle behind the counter and stack the bagels so pretty (unnecessary). Some simple changes will make the overall experience much better. Good luck to the business.

I went once during test run week and I could tell they were trying hard to create a fun food and community space. I went back today for the moms morning out event and was so impressed! Good food with friendly staff. And I loved the community feel and how welcoming the space was for my little guys while we waited and ate our food!

My boyfriend and I went here early in the morning super excited to try a new bagel place that seemed to offer a vegan option. Unfortunately they were out of the vegan cc. I know it is hard for trucks to get vegan cc, but I knew they were out the day prior and they honestly could have gotten some from Whole Foods next door. My boyfriend did say that the strawberry cc was not up to standard. However the coffee was very good and we will try again once they have time to work out the kinks.

I eagerly checked out this place on a Friday morning around 10:30 am. I ordered a few bagels with a side of cream cheese to-go (easy order). The service was prompt and the staff was friendly. The bagels were soft so I assume they were freshly made. Verdict? The bagels were certainly better than Bruegger's or Einsteins, but by no means a NY bagel. Not even close. Bummer. Poppys or bust.

I want to start out by saying I would give this a higher review had it not been for the dirt bag Owner/Manager. I walked in today during a huge rush. I was greeted properly, and the staff was fast working and following food safety. But the four young men in the kitchen rightfully so fell behind and I ended up waiting 15 minutes or so. Well worth the wait, food was very good and I understood. But what I actually was ashamed to see was the two owners/managers who had been sitting at a table laughing and doing nothing why these boys struggled through a rush got up and went to the back and started barking ordered at the young men. About needing to be faster and why wasnt my food brought out to me yet, when they had already communicated to me I was waiting for the fresh bagels to come out of the oven. She continues to rant at her employees in a pretty loud volume why I was sitting there waiting for my food. Honestly I have to say food is great but an embarrassment of management. Shows a lot to treat your employees like that. I also took a video of the situation if someone would like to reach out to me see the situation.
