It was fine enough, but something isn't quite clicking yet. For the main course, I ordered a 1/2 lb of peel and eat shrimp and my wife ordered the seared tuna. The seared tuna was decent. However, the shrimp were lukewarm, under-spiced, and a bit chewy. I got the sense that they had been sitting around for awhile. Not what I would expect at this kind of place. I ate them, but it will be awhile before I order them again. The waiter was nice enough, but there were a few odd moments. He asked if I was ready for the check when I still had food on my plate and still eating. I told him to let me finish up first. He came back a few minutes with the check in hand while I was finishing my beer. I felt like he was trying to turn the table. I don't think we were there for an hour, so not sure what his rush was. While I was paying, he asked me "how everything was". Since it's a new restaurant, I figured I'd let him know about the shrimp. A 5-star response would have been to apologize and let the manager know. The manager coming by and comping my beer would have been a home run. He just kind of shrugged his shoulders. Just a missed opportunity for them I suppose. The hostesses were very sweet though. Overall, I'm not planning to come back for awhile. It's not that it's bad, it's just that there are many other places nearby that serve better food, with better service, for a better price. Maybe things will improve a bit over time.

Another cool edition to the new Gibson Mill Market in Concord. Servers were friendly and engaging (we sat at the bar). Wife had the Elote Chicken Bowl and I had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta, both came out hot and portion sizes were perfect. You might have to hide your eyes when you see their nachos (huge). The cocktails, hand made noodles and tons of TVs all added up to a great visit.

Got a chance to preview the restaurant ahead of their opening next week. Highly recommend! The seared tuna was delicious, my fiance got the Cajun Pasta which was also phenomenal. Great service, great food, great drinks. Make a point to try them out, you won't regret it.
