I have only ever had outstanding experiences at Burr and Berry. The baristas always go above and beyond and are ALWAYS friendly. The coffee is phenomenal. But what makes this place great, is that its evident through the customer service and the environment that this place was built with a love of people. It would be easy to see if you visited yourself, because the whole experience is more than just coffee. This place is a well-deserved 5 stars.

I got an XL oat latte sweetened with sugar free pumpkin syrup. It was really good. I do wish they had real honey for sweetener but this did just fine. It was a nice touch to have my coffee handed to me with a chocolate covered coffee bean on the lid. When in the area again, Ill be going back. Friendly service & tasty coffee.

I have been coming since September and I love this place!!! I come quite often. I get the chubby bunny frozen more than most of the drinks. The girls are amazing, not all but most!! Ive noticed that my drinks are not tasting the same as they did when I first start coming. Its still good but its something thats a little off. And around the inside of the cup is what extra caramel looks like

Went for the first time today and definitely will be back! The barista, Carina was absolutely lovely. Coffee was delish and very reasonably priced.

Baristas were a bit awkward which is fine, not everyone is a natural people person. However the chubby bunny coffee, a cold brew that is, lacked any true flavor. I will say the prices are not bad considering nearby competitors.
