Cabo Fish Taco
A casual California vibe is how we would describe Cabo Fish Taco. Fish tacos are the signature dishes but don’t miss out on their burritos and varieties of margaritas.
Cuisine Type: Baja-Mexican
Ambience: Casual Dining
Have been going there since 2011 when I saw it on Diners Drive ins and Dives and it never disappoints. The food is excellent and service is great. Good daily drink specials as well. The food is delicious. Always served fresh. If you're thinking about going here... definitely do it!
I am always happy when I can eat here. The corn and tomato salsa is really good--just enough heat. And the slaw is just the best. I like the shrimp and chicken burrito without the chicken for lunch. They are accommodating about dietary needs. Dont leave without having at least one margarita. Friendly staff. Parking can get dicey at peak times. Handicap parking is hard to find. However, there is a pay parking lot down the side street.
I love me some Cabo Fish Taco! I've brought several people here. Family, friends, and everyone I can. They all have rolled up their faces when I say the word "fish tacos" and every one of those people have left with a smile on their face and wanted to go back. Keep in mind that they have other things as well if your not a fish taco person. My personal favorite is the BBQ Mahi tacos. I've tried just about all and have yet to be disappointed. They run a special pretty much daily and I've had friends try the specials and they have been pleasantly surprised as well. I highly recommend it!
Ive lived in the southeast US for the entirety of my adult life. Friends that moved here from the southwest almost always complain about the Mexican food here and say how much better it is in Cali. Recently, I was there for work and wasnt blown away as I thought I would be. However, the tacos here were heaven sent!!!! No, I cant say its Mexican, just Mexican inspired. BUT, they were certainly amazing enough for myself and a coworker to return the next day to try more. I live about 2 hours away and would gladly make the drive for the sole purpose of eating here again. Definitely try the Tavarua Tuna for a slightly spicy taste, or the Honey Soy Salmon for a deliciously sweeter one. Mix and match if you want, but know youre only getting 2 generously sized tacos. I had the fresh fruit as a side and there are about 6 different ones to choose from. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
The food is delicious! Ive never had a bad experience. The BBQ Mahi Fish Tacos are incredible. You can hardly tell they are made with fish. Margaritas are fairly priced and the service is always great. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
