Over the last year I've been frequenting Calvine's location at the Central Campus of CPCC almost daily and in that time I have consistently received great coffee and even greater customer service. Honestly, I've completely abandoned corporate chains like Starbucks in favor of Calvine's, because who in the world wants to support an uncaring big business when there is a locally owned shop that just does it better right next door? Besides the amazing flavor of the coffee itself, I'm especially impressed with Cameron (I hope I'm spelling his name right) who works at the Central Campus location. Not only does he warmly greet me when I walk in each morning, but he knows my order, my name, and never fails to ask about my job or life. A month or so ago I told him that I'd be starting to teach a few new courses, expressing that I was particularly excited about the opportunity. Cameron not only remembered when I would be starting the classes, but went out of his way to ask me how it went, proving that good customer service absolutely makes a difference. He's been a model employee for Calvine's, and proves daily that he professional, competent, and primed to succeed in anything he decides to do-- but we at CPCC sure hope he stays on our campus for as long as possible.

Outstanding customer service from the entire staff. The coffee is a special blend and they also have a variety of coffee drinks. There are multiple locations in the Charlotte metropolitan area. The owner is dedicated to quality and great customer service. She has gone out of her way to make sure I have been satisfied with my drink.
