Cherry Sushi Bar

My husband and I were eagerly anticipating the reopening because this restaurant has always been a favorite. However, today, it was just all right for us. I ordered the "Asparagus Twin Delight" and he ordered the "Orange Chicken". Neither dish was stellar. The appearance was quite flattering, but the taste fell flat. The orange chicken was cooked a bit too much and didn't pack the kind of flavor we were hoping for. My dish was spicier than I'd expected, which wasn't that big a deal, but my palate just didn't well appreciate the flavor. Maybe you'll give Cherry a try and you'll love it. Maybe we will try again and find something more appealing. For today, though, we'll just leave it at 'alright'.

Excellent food and great quality sushi. Our favorite Asian restaurant in the area. Was a bit disappointed on our most recent visit, we always see the sign they have out front advertising 30% sushi on Mondays but never seem to go that day of the week. We finally went this past Monday specifically for that promo and were advised when we went to order they werent offering the promo because it was Halloween. There isnt anything on the sign that said excludes holidays and I found it bizarre they would even consider Halloween a restaurant holiday to begin with. Felt like poor communication/advertising.

The food and drinks were wonderful. Shout out to chef Johnny and mixologist Bryton for taking care of Todd and myself. The staff was friendly and the service impeccable. Great experience!!!

This is one of the nice "hidden" places in Lake Wylie. Always has great food and have never gotten my order wrong as well. Food is served as large portions for most items with a nice presentation, carrots cut into flowers and other nice touches that make the experience all the better. Lots of hibachi seating availed for a place as small as it is too. The only downside I would say is that they are tucked away into this corner of the shopping center so when it gets busy in the evening you may have to spend a few minutes finding a parking spot. And it does get busy especially on Fridays and such so making a reservation is advised if you are wanting to eat at what many consider "prime time" dinner.

We were invited by a friend to Cherry Sushi for the first time. The experience was pleasant. The food is tasty and fresh, the waitress is very attentive, the atmosphere is nice. The restaurant is by the lake wylie, we chose outdoor seating, it has great view of the lake. We love it so much.
