If I could give them no stars I would. It really bothers me that I choose to spend my money with places who take your money and dont give you what you order. Not only that the owner is rude and ungrateful that customers come and choose to spend their hard earned money there. I asked her could I return the meal for my money back and she stated they dont take food back. So you dont give me what I order and you dont take food back? I would not recommend. Its not about the mistake its how you handle it. They have fell off drastically from the food to the customer service.

First time eating here. The fried mushrooms are the best I have ever had and I highly recommend them. We ordered the Rueben sandwich with fries and the gyro with fries. Perfect! Thick meats, and the perfect portion of fries. Waitress was very nice and on top of her game. She was the only waitress, but she was very attentive and took care of us with over-the-top service. I will be going back to try some other delicious looking items on their menu. I recommend Chisto's, and I look forward to eating there again.

I don't remember her name but the front hostess is amazing. From Jamaica queens, she is so friendly and absolutely friendly, personalable, so down to earth. If you're looking for that hometown everybody knows everybody feel, stop in her. The chicken wrap was absolutely delicious!

The food is pricey. For the pasta its not bad because you get large plates. My pasta, Penne a la Vodka was $13.95 by itself with no meat. I'm fine with that because the portion I got. However, I was charged $18.95 because they thought I added chicken when I didn't. I got my money back but really? $5 to add some chicken to one plate? The carbanara was $19.95 because ham was added. And we requested only a little ham. Both tasted good but that's a very steep price to add some meat to a dish. Plus our lasagna had to be returned to the kitchen. I don't know if we just happened to get a bad slice, but it was sweet! I've never tasted a tomato sauce that sweet before. We thought my mom was over exaggerating, but me and my dad tried it and we all agreed we wouldn't eat it. It was like a cup of sugar was thrown in, and it overwelcomed any cheese taste. I probably won't be coming back. They also didn't have French dressing.
