Posting this feed back after my 2nd visit to this restaurant. I was traveling for work from NYC and I am neither a family member nor a friend. Giving an honest review to help people looking for good food or restaurants. This is one fine place for Indian , Pakistani food. Some important info for those who are deciding if they should go to copper or not. Food can be prepared Mild to Hot upon request. ( My personal preference is mild and they catered the right spice level for me). Staff is friendly and focus on customer requests. They keep refilling the water so people don't have to keep looking for waiters as this is one common issue at other places. Menu is not that big but I think very carefully selected for right food in different set of categories. Ample parking. They don't ignore, stare at you or do eavesdropping. Liked the fact that the Manager (Jimmy) who also handle front desk gives visit to each table and inquire about special requests or if they can help with any things else when it comes to food and service. I call this a great service tactic. Keep the good work going COPPER. Hope this helps.
I really wanted to like this place, as it has a solid lunch menu. A group of 5 of us ordered several different dishes to share. I couldn't help but feel like every one of them tasted like tomato sauce! It may very well be my experience but there are definitely better spots in town
One of our favorite Indian restaurants in the southeast, and the only "new style" restaurants that I have found. It's not really fusion cuisine as much as it is Indian flavors and technique presented in a new way. Plenty of familiar staples too if you want to leave filled with rice and curry and rolled out the door because you are too stuffed to walk.
Excellent service and authentic cuisine. Pan seared scallops as appetizer was perfect. Lamb was great.
The food was very good with a wide selection of wine available. The place was fancier than I had expected with white table cloths and candle-lit, the prices reflect that. I would recommend to anyone in the Charlotte area
